A dedicated chef
On request, Chef Timmy Jegun will be on hand at Maison d'Ulysse to concoct menus to suit your tastes during your stay at Maison d'Ulysse.
Timmy Jegun trained as a chef and worked in a number of Michelin-starred restaurants in France and abroad from 2010 to 2020: Chez Bruno, 1 star in the Michelin Guide, specialising in truffles, where he took a consulting course abroad: In Beaulieu/mer at the 2-star restaurant, "La Réserve", at the Restaurant "Le Délos" Ile Paul Ricard (Bendor), at the 3-star restaurant "La maison des bois" Marc Verra Manigod, at the "Chalet Christine Talloires" Annecy, at the Brasserie "La Rotonde" Thonon les bains, at the 1-star restaurant "Le Skab" Nîmes and finally at the gourmet bistro "Le Dé-k-lé" in Nîmes.
He takes care of everything:

- Served by the plate,
- Setting the table,
- Decoration,
- Tidying up the kitchen,

These services must be booked in advance by telephone or e-mail.
Bike hire
Departing from the House of UlyssesKilometres of country roads and dirt tracks invite you to discover the Provençal region by bike. You can cycle through the garrigue and vineyards, and even as far as the legendary Pont-du-Gard. If you're feeling more sporty, take on Mont Bouquet.
We offer a mountain bike hire service for men, women and children, as well as electric mountain bikes, racing bikes and tandem bikes.
Our partner will deliver your bike free of charge to La Maison d'Ulysse.
ELECTRIC RECHARGING
Maison d'Ulysse is committed to the environment and the well-being of everyone in our home. We suggest that you take advantage of your stay to recharge your electric vehicle.
Every day we take concrete action to move towards a more responsible lifestyle:
Bed and bath linen : In order to protect the environment and save water and energy, our guests have the option of not changing their sheets and towels on a daily basis.
Responsible cooking : Our Chef Timmy Jegun is committed to seasonal cooking, with a majority of organic produce.
Responsible purchase : We favour local food products.
Waste sorting : We sort the contents of our bins: glass, plastic and cardboard are sorted for recycling.
